Nvm it works now IDK why it doesn't work last week.

I think that's not the case because I tried to use /summon Ghast in the overworld and it disappears immediately.

I drag one from the nether to the portal but it disappears in the overworld so I tried to use command and it disappears after it has been summoned in the overworld. Other mobs from the nether appears at the overworld only ghast disappears.

Why I can't summon a ghast in the overworld? how can I fix it?
