Add a plugin called clear lag is gonna clear all the items that are dropped trust me it will be usefull

a hacker called Herobrine,fedexx was hacking to a lot of smp servers ad hacking to owner account ip ban everyone or spam a link im not sure what that link is but most server was hacked im sure all of them are alr now but u need to fix this bc is so annoying
