My bad I missed the one important thing in post

I've been reading this article, but i wanted more clear answer, not the copy paste one. I understand that you might have some issiues because of corona etc. but i've never experienced that kind of queue before. I just wanted to know, is this a normal time or you just don't want to say it's an inside problem of your company. Maybe some partner problem. I'm not agnry just curious, because the other people might want to know what is happening.

I understand that Aternos got queue stuff when you trying to turn on your server, but almost 3 hours it's really shocking. 2 weeks ago i was playing on this server and i had to wait for about max. 10 minutes. Are there any isiues with servers limit or the community has just grown up?
