So recently, the plugin that I wanted to suggest reached 10k downloads and was uploaded since last year, but it is still not "popular enough. So, I want the help page to also include the minimum requirements so that we will know when that plugin has met the popularity requirements.
-
The support page only says if the plugin is uploaded a few days ago with some downloads, it won't be added. But the plugin i tried to suggest was uploaded a few months ago with a couple thousand downloads. So whats the minimum requirements for popularity?

Sooooooo, I installed some mods from Aternos's mod website. Upon booting up, the server crashed and shows in the log that each mods requires different versions of Forge 1.12.2. For example, mod Aether II requires Forge 1.12.2 (14.23.5.2816), but U team core requires 14.23.5.2746. And especially, none of those versions exists. I actually am trying to import the localhost modded server to Aternos. And of course, it worked normally on my PC. So, I am trying to have my friend play with me on a more stable host than my PC (using Ngrok lol) and now I want a solution to this complex mod requirements.

not just security reasons.
like, can u give me some examples?

(sorry i forgot to mention this at the beginning) I'm not talking about free plugin on spigot or custom-made plugins. I am talking about Premium plugins. This will ensure that the authors of that plugin will still be paid by who wants to use that premium plugin the user will also allowed to use that in Aternos.
P/s: And also, the staffs would not allow suggesting paid plugins in their plugins system, so as I said, the staffs or someone else may purchase one copy of that plugin to get the original one to compare to the uploaded premium plugins
-
People will have to prove that their plugin is legit (not hacking aternos) so the staffs may have a bot to compare the source code of the plugin to the original one
-
Ok, I know that Aternos staffs had talked about this, mostly for security reasons. But, if they can get the original plugin then compare it's code to the uploaded plugin (of course users have to submit the plugin's name) so the custom plugin would be perfectly safe for the server?
-
Well... At least, they should allow more server slots?

at which timezone btw?

Thanks, I'll try when I have time

Just a simple upload-to-server only needs to run a server once, that would be lotta simpler
-
But is it too time-consuming? I don't wanna suffer through the whole 30-minute queue again...

I was trying to create a Bedwars server, but it requires multiple worlds, so I decided to use MultiverseCore. So I tried to upload my world folder in order to use /mvimport. But it seems like I couldn't upload a folder anywhere in Aternos. I also tried to create a new folder and upload world files one by one. Surprisingly, it showed: "You cannot create this file here". Just wanna ask, how and why Aternos doesn't support folder uploading and creating folder in server root directory? (also add feature if u guys can)
