And with popular, does it mean that it must have a certain amount of downloads and if so, what would be the minimum number of downloads to be able to suggest it?

Well, and also another question, if I do something in a world and then upload it. Will my XP level, inventory, etc. appear? if I enter the world in Aternos?
And also by "popular", I suppose you mean how many downloads a Mod has, right?

Is there any way to suggest a mod that is not popular? Since I want to suggest the NBTEdit Mod for 1.7.10, but it tells me that it is not popular, is there a way to suggest it?
