i've been trying for half an hour straight to join my aternos server with the origins mod and it keeps disconnecting me saying "connection lost". all my games and downloads are up to date and at the most recent update, my friends can join fine, and i can join fine from a different computer, but it wont let me join here. singleplayer also works fine. what exactly am i doing wrong?

i was trying to find the dynip (??) that everyone seems to have been talking about sending to their friends but i cant find it. my friend keeps getting timed out when he tries to join and im not sure how to get it so he can join. im on java, mushfrog.alternos.me, its closed right now but i can open it again if need be. i have been researching for a bit and cant seem to find any threads with actual answers
