Mobs only spawn when players are nearby, so there is no such design for this type of mob farm because of Minecraft's mechanics.

It means there was something causing so much lag on the server it crashed (e.g. tons of entities or a massive lag machine)
-
It also tells the IP and UUID of the player when they join on the console.

Chances are you're not gonna hit the server size limit (unless your SMP is online every day for like 1-2 years or something like that) If you do hit that limit, you can (as Roman said) optimize your worlds (do be careful that if you do optimise the worlds, I think it formats them in a way that makes it less compatible with other versions of Minecraft) or prune out unused, but still loaded, chunks using some software like MCEdit. (I highly recommend you don't use MCEdit as it tends to crash when you load worlds from 1.13 and later).

1.17 snapshots are being released, but 1.17 is expected to drop mid 2021.

When you try to upload a big world to the server, it tells you the world limit cap is 1GB or something like that.
Is this possible to remove?

This happens a lot apparently. I always see this on the Aternos discord server. Leaving and rejoining the queue works for me, but if it doesn't work for you, you're gonna have to wait

Just a suggestion, but can you remove the world-limit cap?
