i try that plugin before and it protect my player from my friend -
my server is unsafe when i logout while my friend playing he keep login as my name and op every one (we are using cracked minecraft )

you need the vault plugin that aready shown in the bukkit plugin page (next time read the bukkit plugin page first) hope i help you
