Have you tried to restart your server?
I restarted it 2 times and it's still not working

I launched a minecraft aternos server and when I tried to join it worked, but when my friend tries to join it says: "Failed to synchronize registry data from server. Closing Connection." I don't know why it keeps saying this message whenever he tries to join. I tried enabling and disabling the whitelist and tried to restart the server but none of these worked. How do I fix this?

My aternos server keeps crashing when it starts to prepare the spawn area. I tried using another account and it keeps crashing at that same exact point. I tried reading the log and it doesn't say that any error occured. I could start my aternos server long time ago and for some reason now not. How can I fix this problem?
