I dont think its that mod, because its just a cool dinosaur mod. Let me explain the situation with a bit more depth.
I start the server, log on, play for a few hours, Servr closed for no reason.

Remove it.

If you rename your world, it can't detect the original name (world) so it makes a new one. If you renamed the main world, then your progress might be gone.
Try renaming it back to 'world'
if it's still reset, then RIP your progress

You COULD use Magma if your on 1.12 or Mohist if your on 1.16 to install ViaVersion or ProtocolSupport

Here's the problems:
DiscordSRV doesn't detect the {username} placeholder so try to fix that
And the big error means that the server is lagging and it can't really load the chunks in.
DiscordSRV is causing the huge errors. (it's trying to connect to the discord server or update the chat but can't)
And since there were so many errors, it couldn't handle it so it force stopped the server.
Here's the thing you should do to fix the problem:
remove discordsrv and try fantasticallysimplediscordbot -
Since Aternos is a free service, they don't really make that much money (Only from ads, and people have an adblocker).. So they don't have enough money to make it 24/7 because they have to pay for the server hardware and etc

PermissionsEx has been discontinued. On their Bukkit page there is no download button and it says that it's discontinued

Your server ran out of memory.
Is this a modpack or custom mods?
if it's custom mods then remove Dungeons (it was the one causing the most problems) and others

Try this:
Make a premium MC account with the same name as your cracked account and everything should save
That's what happens on Cracked mode.

Use the loom and some banner patterns. Or you don't have to use the banner patterns
