  • Unknown host

    I have created a server and I have been playing for 2 days alone because my friend can't join, it says "unknown host".

    She doesnt have premium minecraft and the server is running a spigot plugin to restore skins, I made sure the non premium thing is checked. Why can't she join? Is it because of spigot? Also we are noobies pls say it in an easy to understand way :)
