After the server starts up there is a countdown for 5 minutes on the right side of the green bar that says online. Once the count down hits zero the server turns off. Why is this. Someone please help.

After my server starts up it says in the console says “(server thread/warn): can’t keep up. is this server overloaded? Running 2082ms or 41 ticks behind.” Can you help. Please.
