Hello Aternos, so my accout got suspended for the reason: "Trying to circumvent the automatic server shutdown". We didn't expect this to happen. One of the members of our server had his auto reconnect enabled, that's the reason why it prevented the server to shutdown. They didn't know about this.
I know this community is doing all to keep things free for everyone, meaning you guys only have limited resources as you said. I indeed got careless. I should've warned him. But can you please give me a second chance to fix this mistake of mine? I really care for the server I've made for this account, we've been playing on it for so long, and I installed many plugins on it. I don't wanna start all over again because of that.
I hope you understand Aternos, I didn't mean anything bad from the start, this was just really unexpected. (I uploaded a log from my Discord server too as proof since our game chat was connected on it as well the console)
