It keep`s crashing me every 5 minutes and Its really annoying, anyway I can increase the time limit so it doesn`t crash my server every 5 minutes?

Ok, so recently I got a server but, I can`t start it. Now you may ask when or how did this start? well I was kind of a idiot be restarting the server for no reason,well I was trying to get the chair plugin, but It didn`t work. so I tried clicking the help button, I tried signing back up but nothing works! So can you guys help me try to get it back up, me and my friends are trying to create are own server but they don`t know how so I went to create one. So we played for about 5 minutes then I randomly restarted it for about no reason, so I waited for awhile. Nope! nothing still so I tried to use the help button, which gave me no help I had none of the messages come up, except for the EULA one. But I already did that, so I spent 1 hour trying to get it back up and nothing.
