I think it might be aternos’s countdown timer. My laptop usually is slow to join (I mean like really slow to join) so that makes sense.
That is true. At least I am pretty sure that’s true.
It was Aternos’s cool down. When I started it up again today the timer was at 5 minutes when I set the logs the “Timings reset” happened 5 minutes after the next thing. After that it stopped so I am pretty sure that it’s the cool down timer.

I recently found Aternos and decided to make a PaperMC 1.16.5 Java edition server. I installed some plugins and I have had it crashing. It would be fine for about 5 minutes then would shut down. I had EssentialsX installed originally but removed it.
