Share your server log using the share button on the log page.
For the connection reset error, if it's not modded it's their network issue.

Did you install Forge and the mod on your client(PC) as well?
The log shows that the mod guardvillagers doesn't match on your client and server.
You need the same mods in the exact same versions on your client and server.
Quite explicit lol, you don't have the same version of the mod tac on your client and server.
Please provide a link to the tutorial.
What file are you trying to create and what's the file path?
What error message do they get when they try to join?
What happens when you try to upload it?
Make sure they are .bbmodel or .json files
Switch back to Vanilla or Spigot.

why would aternos add plugins 24/24 when it's forbidden?
There are no plugins for that on Aternos.
I'm asking if you have Forge installed on your server.
That's because you installed a version that updates automatically whenever a new version releases.
What I tried?
I tried shifting to my backup, first( The version automatically changed to 1.19) then downloaded just the world. After that, converted the version to the desired 1.16.5, Then uploaded my downloaded world.
That should work(restore the backup, download the world, switch to 1.16.5, upload the world back).
But, the world changed (somewhere along changing versions, I think) (the seed entirely, but the items in my inventory stayed),
Please elaborate, it's probably the same as the time the backup was created.

If you use mods then please check if the versions of the mods match.

Try another version of the plugin or contact the plugin support.

Remove it from your server, it's a client only mod.
HubBasics doesn't support your Minecraft version.
Also, remove its Bungee version.
For AlwaysOnline, just remove it.
It does nothing on a cracked server.
