The log shows nothing wrong on the server.

Generate a new world with the modpack in singleplayer and then upload it to the server.

Do you use Forge mods?

If so, you most likely don't have the same mods in the exact same versions on your client and server.

No, the server software doesn't matter since Litematica is client-only.

That's because the unofficial Forge port of Litematica only supports 1.16.5

The official Litematica mod isn't on Aternos because it's client sided.

The Forge port should be removed from Aternos as well tho.
