There's probably at least one mod that doesn't match.
Share your client log
1. open your minecraft installation path
(enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. open the logs folder
3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
4. copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/
5. send the link here

Switch to Paper or Purpur.
They offer much better performance than Spigot.

Litematica is a client side mod.
You don't install it on your server.

Join Hypixel again, wait until the title disappears and join your server back.

There's a workaround I found:
(Assuming your server isn't cracked)
1. Enable Cracked in https://aternos.org/options
2. Install the OpeNLogin plugin
3. Restart/Start the server
4. When you join the server, it'll ask you to choose a login plugin, either nLogin or OpeNLogin
5. Click on nLogin

6. The server will install the latest dev build of ProtocolLib for your Minecraft version on the next start
7. Delete nCore, nLogin, nLogin.jar and OpeNLogin from your plugins folder
8. Disable Cracked in https://aternos.org/options

The dev builds aren't available on spigotmc.org, so no.

Because Paper patches vanilla bugs and exploits.
If you want to use sand duper, switch to another server software like Spigot or Fabric.

Because exaroton is a paid host, therefore running the server 24/7(and some other stuffs that are against the Aternos ToS) is allowed, and subsequently exaroton allows you to upload the plugins.
Why can't custom plugins be loaded?
Because people will abuse it.

The effort to do this is much higher than the benefit.
The team is already quite busy as well.
Just use the suggest page.
If the suggest page says no, then it's a no.
