but when i go into my plugins folder its nowhere to be found. doesnt work or show up in game either. why is this happening?
It's broken again then.
i found something said about the downloads on spigot being broken on spigot itself. just tested. they arent.....

I watched the video.
That's not a plugin, as you can see, they don't have the PaySign plugin in their plugins folder.
That's a script for the Skript plugin which isn't available on Aternos because it allows bypassing Aternos system limitations.
The script in the video is not the same as the Spigot plugin you linked above.
Also,
Click the Download button on the worlds page.
We need the server log.
Also check if the problem persists if you use Aternos on another browser.
Share the server log using the share button on the log page.
You can download your worlds in the worlds section and your plugins configs in the files section.
Install puzzleslib.

Did you check the server log?
Create a backup and check if the problem persists without plugins.
Try ChestShop instead.
It's a client side mod, just install it on your client and join the server.
