Share your client log
1. open your minecraft installation path
(enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. open the logs folder
3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
4. copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/

i used a curse forge modpack (the pixelmon mod) both on my server and client but "This server has mods that require FML/Forge to be installed on the client. Contact your server admin for more details." always shows up when i try joining
You also need to install the modpack on your PC using the CurseForge app or a different launcher like Prism Launcher or ATLauncher.

Which Minecraft version do you use?
Does the issue persist if you reset the end dimension? (delete 'world_the_end' in the worlds section)
Does the issue persist without plugins?

i need to disable movement checks so i tried installing the Too Fast mod but aternos says theres no compatible versions while there are compatible versions. are there any ways to fix this or do i have to wait for aternos to fix this issue?

There's nothing for Aternos to fix.
The mod doesn't support Forge 1.19.2
The versions of the mod for 1.19.2 are for Fabric, not Forge.
I understood that you are trying to install this mod (too fast) and the aternos says that there's no compatible version. I created a server (1.19.2 version) and the message was exactly what I said before: "No compatible versions found." So, the Aternos programmers need to add this mod. You might ask them if they could put this mod in Aternos for you and other players to play.
You wouldn't get that if the mod isn't available.
"No compatible versions found" means the mod doesn't support your currently installed version of your modloader.

Because the mod is already available. There's nothing wrong with Aternos.

You don't need a plugin for that.

No, you can only download worlds and plugins configs.
