What error do you get when you try to connect?
-
According to your client log, it's caused by the mod mts.
-
Backups are saved in a hidden folder for application data, which allows Aternos to store backups in your Google Drive account without having access to any of your other files. You can read more about the application data folder here: https://developers.google.com/drive/api/v3/appdata.
You can create and restore backups on the backups page: https://aternos.org/backups/.
If you want to download your world to your computer, you can do that here: https://aternos.org/worlds/.

That's not possible.
Old betas/alphas server downloads are only available from archive websites.
-
Extract the world file you downloaded and put it into the saves folder in your Minecraft installation path (enter %appdata%/.minecraft/saves in the file explorer)
-
The server ran out of RAM, try removing some mods/plugins.
-
There's no crash.
It just looks like someone stopped the server manually.

-
You installed a wrong version of Fabric API.
-
Try removing AntiBot-Ultra.
Also what are the server TPS?

No one said BungeeCord is bad.
BungeeCord won't be added because it is just not needed for what Aternos provides. Aternos provides servers for private use and even though you can create up to 3 servers per account now, you'd need your servers to be running 24/7, which is not possible on a 100% free service. If you want to create a big game server network then Aternos is probably not your host.
What's the problem even? How does BungeeCord have something to do with a mod?
-
Delete the Geyser-Spigot folder from your plugins folder.
-
-
-
-
Delete your Geyser config.yml and then start/restart the server.
-
EssentialsX doesn't have a /shop command.
-
Screenshot the mods on your client too.
Also share your client log:
1. open your minecraft installation path
(enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. open the logs folder
3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
4. copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/
5. send the link here
