When I try and join the server it just says connection lost

Yes, all the players need Forge and the mods your server has installed on their PC.

No, 5 is the limit on Aternos. Changing it to a higher value would cause lags.

That's because you are using a cracked client and your server is in online mode.
Buy the game or enable cracked in options.

Aternos is a 100% free service and therefore has limited resources.
Aternos stops the server if there are no players on it.

Also, the server didn't stop from the log you sent.

Farmer's Delight is not a modpack, it's a mod.
You need the mod installed on your PC too in the same version as on the server.
