Paper doesn't have a version for 1.7.9, and that's how I assumed you are on Spigot.

And yes, I use this old version for such cool plugins as MinigamesParty,
There are much more cool plugins on newer versions.
1.7.9 is extremely outdated, most of the plugins developers(all) have already dropped support on it.
I would like another MGArcade plugin, but aternos will not load such an old plugin. Is it possible that you uploaded it directly to my server files?
