I'm not being rude at all.
I am unsure of how I can add the datapacks of bundles and 1.20 experimental snapshot onto the world.
You can apply the datapacks when you generate a new world in the worlds section.

Just get whatever name you want.
To transfer your player to your new name follow this:
1.) Stop your server (if online).
2.) Go to your world files: https://aternos.org/worlds/ and click on "Files"
3.) Open the "playerdata" folder.
4.) Find the UUID for your old name: https://top-minecraft.com/tools/offline-uuid.php
5.) Download the playerdata file <Old name UUID>.dat (ignore any .dat_old files)
6.) Find the UUID for your new name: https://top-minecraft.com/tools/offline-uuid.php
7.) Rename the downloaded file on your computer from <Old name UUID>.dat to <New name UUID>.dat
8.) Upload the file to your playerdata folder (confirm replacing the file)
9.) Start your server again.

You installed a snapshot.
You can contact the team using [email protected] and they will change it back to 1.19.2 for you.
Don't forget to include your server address.

I think I understand. Since 22W42a is newer than 1.19.. once 1.20 comes out I should be able to switch back to Vanilla? Is that correct?

Yes, also, your server will be updated automatically to 1.20 once it's released, because when 1.20 is released, 1.20 is the latest snapshot itself.
By the way, I recommend enabling the automatic backups feature.

You can't downgrade an existing Minecraft world to older Minecraft versions.
My concern is that I won't be able to keep playing this server once 1.20 comes out.

Since Minecraft 1.19.1, the enforce-secure-profile property is defaulted to true, therefore players without a Mojang-signed public key will not be able to connect to the server. You can disable this property in the server.properties file.
