Skins don't work on cracked servers.
Disable cracked or a plugin like SkinsRestorer might help.

That's a client sided mod, you don't install it on the server.
If it's installed on the server, it will crash the server

Rail duping has been patched in Paper 1.15.2+.
To restore it, set allow-piston-duplication to true in paper-global.yml.
