Unfortunately you can't, you can reach out the modpack creator to update it.

what do you mean by "mods dont work"? I don't see anything wrong in the log.
Players can't join the server, is this the problem?
They probably don't have the same mods in the exact same versions installed on their pc and server

ASkyBlock, GroupManagerPEX, MineSecure Lite and MenuReport don't support your currently installed server version: 1.17.1 (why did you even install GroupManagerPEX..)
You have an old version of PowerRanks installed, update it.
Also, according to the log, you have used the /reload command. NEVER use it, it breaks your plugins which is already happened. Click the Restart button instead:
Do not use the /reload command. It is fundamentally broken and will cause issues with Minecraft, Spigot, and Plugins. For more information, see https://madelinemiller.dev/blog/problem-with-reload/
Your plugins even warned you in the console/log:
Basically all the errors and warnings in your log are caused by /reload command

the latest version of the mod is already available since ages ago, Aternos updates the mods automatically.
If you don't see it, you probably don't have Forge 1.18.2 installed -
