You have to disable hardcore in the server.properties too.

That's what I did
I don't find the setting for changing the render in paper.yml though
It's not in paper.yml. It's in the server.properties on the Files page

I can't find anything called level-name in server.properties. All i see is Slots, Gamemode, Difficulty, Whitelist, Cracked, PVP, Commandblocks, Fly, Animals, Monsters, Villagers, Nether, Force Gamemode, Spawn Protection, Resource pack URL, Timezone, and Environment.

this problem started happening when i switched from java version to bedrock
No matter what version of pocketmine I use, all plugins get the error "No compatible version found". I would appreciate it if you could help me (my bedrock version:1.17.41 pocketmine:3.25.6)

Resource packs and datapacks aren't the same thing.

You shouldn't put a datapack into the server resource pack URL option using a direct download link like resource packs.

On fabric the connection lost message typically appears when you don't have the same mod collection installed on your computer as on the server.

The log you sent does not contain a crash.
Share the server log again after the server has crashed.
