That's an exaroton ad which Aternos displays when the actual ads are being blocked.
Something on your computer or in your network is blocking the ads.
Make sure that
- You don't have any browser add-ons installed that could block ads or modify the content of websites
- You don't have any ad blocking software installed on your computer (e.g. AdGuard or antivirus software that also blocks ads)
- There is no network filter installed in your home network

You can use the vanilla ip ban command or the AdvancedBan's ip ban command to ip ban him if he joins the server again.

Make sure that the EXACT same mods installed on both your PC and the server. It is not enough to simply have the same mods installed, they must also be installed in the exact same version. Likewise, the version of the mod loader (Fabric/Forge) must be identical.
