1. Double check that you've installed the same mods in the same versions on your computer and on the server.
2. Try deleting the config folder from your Minecraft installation path

What error message does it shows when you tried to join?
You can change the java version by going to https://aternos.org/options and look for the "Environment" option.

By the way it's a client sided mod so you only need to install it on your client.
Pocketmine is missing some vanilla features.
No, unfortunately AliensVsPredator won't be added because it relies on a mod which can't be added.
