Skript is a very important part of making a server but with the ancient "skript" plugin we were given we aren't able to make a good server. Script can help make things normally not possible with command blocks. That's why i think we should have "SkriptLang" as a plugin. Yes it is GitHub but it is compatible with paper and spigot. Please take my suggestion into consideration.
