The problem is finally solved, I hat to restart my server, update the mods and forge in the server and pc, in addition i installed the new forge manually with client and server. The problem surely was a mod and my friend finally could join

1-i can join in the server, even if I use another PC, but nobody else can

2-i tried to delete the whole server and reinstall the mods but it didn't work, so I think it's a mod but I don't know which one

3-before the server broke whe had the same mods that after it did it

My friend cannot enter my server and it seems to me that no one else, this is something recent since before if they could join the server without any problem and we have not changed anything in the server configuration regarding anything including mods. The error that appears is the "Mismatched mods list", the folder that I download is the same that I have installed in mods so they are exactly the same, we have tried to reinstall the launcher, the mods, and everything but I have not seen results.
