yup, changed it when it was offline

yeah sorry restart, english is not my first language. The changes just dissappear, as if I didn't do anything. They just stay in default

I've tried to change the config of the server for 3 mods, Enchanting Infuser, Corail Tombstone and Mahou tsukai. I changed some values from false to true, saved and update the server. And then ingame there is no change and the files are like I didn't change anything. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

A group of friends and myself were trying out some mods for our server and when we tried to add botania and infernal expansion it said this, what should we do?
