Ok THIS JUST IN.. I got the mod working.. I installed the mod on my client and the Fabric API mod on my client. Then it actually worked.. But whenever I use one of the items in the mod.. It dissappears.. Like a wheel or a water float. I also tried doing this is a seperate singleplayer world. I could place the blocks but I couldn't interact with them.

Alright, so the server got started up and I connected with it perfectly. The mod still isn;t loaded. I can't see any signs of it.. I don't know why. Thanks a lot for the help btw. Here is the log if you can make sense of it:

Hello, today me and my friend wanted to download a mod and upload it to aternos and play. The server started up with no difficulty. But once entered, there were no signs of the mod loaded. It is known as Plato's transporters. It adds transport to the game. In the log it says that it is missing a mods.toml file?
I don't know what that is, And I am pretty new to minecraft. I play on cracked minecraft. Please help. Here is the log:
