Issue resolved and fixed, error was mods where not given in the correct versions, I had to manually search for each mod for it to work.

I don't know why this is happening but would like help on resolving it, I only have 8 mods installed and one mod needs the other seven to work properly. I managed to fix the error with the mods crashing it because I didn't have all the correct mods before, but now this is a different problem. when I go to start up the server I get an error in the log stating that a Mod is missing "Minecraft version 1.17 alpha"
