I live in the US, my friends and I only used the newest version, if that's what you mean, and there are no mods or plugins on. Today I think the issue has been fixed, because I was able to log into the server without any problems. I do get kicked sometimes, but it doesn't happen very much anymore. Not sure why though, me and my friends didn't change anything either. Thank you anyway!

I've been playing on my friends server for a few days now, and today I've run into a problem. When I join my server, sometimes it won't keep me in. I will join the world, but when I try to open chests, open furnaces, send chat messages or stuff like that, its suuuuper delayed. It takes over 10 seconds to send a chat msg or open a chest. Then after 15 seconds the server kicks me. I checked the ping and it sometimes says its at over 2000 ping! Other servers have around 70 - 80 ping. I've already tried doing anything I can, and that includes checking if any mods or plugins are on the server (which there aren't), using the newest version, etc, etc. At this point I'm getting very frustrated. Can anyone help me with this issue?
