The button problem is in my own server

So I wanted to create a backup on my server but the backup button doesn't show. When I go to my friends' servers and I try to go to the backups, the button shows. Why doesn't it show on my servers?

So I wanted to start my server and for some reason it got stuck at "Loading...". I can't do anything to it. I can't stop it, add someone to the whitelist, nothing. How can I get it fixed?

You first need to download your map by going into worlds and download it, then, go to the software and select the software and version.

-If it tells you to reinstall, reinstall it because your map is downloaded. After that, go to worlds and upload tha downloaded map.

-If it does not say that, your map is still in the server and you don't need to upload it.

If you have Essentials, you can do just like he said.

If you're using Essentials, remove every essentials plugin except Essentials, EssentialsChat, and EssentialsSpawn.

If you don't have any plugins, set spawn protection to 0. WARNING: The server needs to be offline to change the spawn protecion, otherwise it will not work at all. This includes the rest from the "Options" tab from your server.

Go to the console and type "/op <name>".

Your friends also need to put strong passwords and remember them when they enter next time. First time you enter the server, it asks you to register, but when you enter next time, you need to login by typing /login <password>. I think you know how the plugin works.
