nevermind i got it I just forgot to put in a mod in my mods folder

hey when I connect to my server (that is modded) my friends can join in and out but when I try it let me see the area for a split second then says disconnected from the server what do I do (also cracked mode is on and there is no whitelist if that has anything to do with it)
