So I want to suggest allowing us to upload plugins from the spigot / bukkit websites. like downloading plugins from the spigot / bukkit websites and upload them to your server. (just like exaroton server hosting) -

Can you please add the ToggleChat plugin? It's free and when I want to suggest the plugin it doesn't let me I need it so please add it's useful for other players as well and it's the only plugin I found that allows u to toggle global chat! here is the link to the plugin: https://www.spigotmc.org/resou…hat-and-pms-msg-off.8347/
