I keep getting Disconnected from my server

Its a Fabric server with some mods and i keep getting "Internal Exception: java.net,SocketEception: Connection reset

i also keep getting 200-300 ping

Does anybody have any recommendations for a modpack that fun to play with friends and not too much mods like 200 (looking for something thats 1.18) also maybe have dungeons and new mobs

When i put my server is says incompatible Fml modded Server im using the x life 2 modpack i have the same modpack so idk whats happening

For some reason it keeps saying connection lost or when i get to join the server i get disconnected or ill just be in the void its fabric btw
