I live in Italia.

I can connect only with my hotspot or another wify but when I'm connected at the mine it doesn't work.

do you have any plugins on the server?

For test remove all the plugins and test if it function

if you have a cracked server in aternos you need to put cracked in the new host.

if you aìhave premium in aternos you need to put premium in the new host!

i can't connect to any aternos server, when I open minecraft the server it sais pinging and if I try joining to the server ti sais timed out.

But I try joining whit another wify or my hotspot and it goes.

I've already done the reset of the router but the same error.
