I started up seaopolis to play with my friends and the world wont load properly, my friend died and it spawned the start area but nothing else

Seaopolis on exarotron and aternos are both outdated being on ver B1.3 when the modpack is at ver b3.4, can we get an update for the modpack I want to use the newer versions.
