Have you tried backing up the current world and creating a new one? If it still crashes on the new one, try removing mods..
A ticking entity error is most likely caused by an item drop.. try doing /kill @e[type=item] (copy paste if you need to)

i installed on the server the mod cofh Core for use the command "cofh Killall" but it does not work
