I created an aternos server a while ago and decided to stop playing for a few months because I had other things I was busy with. I regularly made backups for the server. Just now, I opened up Aternos and found my server was completely gone -- there was the "Create a server" button even though I should have a pre-existing server... do servers get deleted if I don't play on them? Is there any way to recover my server?

Maybe I should clarify - I see that the plugin is not popular enough, so what are the requirements for it?

Sry ik about timezones, just that usually the biggest difference is ~15 hours(i think), and you responded 10 hours after message

I did some research and learned I cannot drag/drop .jar files into the plugins folder (I understand this is to prevent viruses), but I do not know how to install this plugin addon:

as it is not featured in the plugins list. When I requested to have it added to the list of available plugins, I got a message saying it is not popular enough.

But why would the server get reset when I just tried to install a plugin?

So I have a survival world with my friend, and my friend wanted a /home command as well as some other features, so I tried installing them through the 'Software' and 'Plugins' tabs in the Aternos website. When I logged on to the server, though, the plugins were installed but the server was reset (the seed, items, everything) - I didn't have any backups setup (I didn't bother setting up backups until yesterday after the server got wiped), and I need to try to set it back to June 16. Is this possible? None of the admins on discord are responsive, the Jenny[Support] bot hasn't talked responded in 12 hours, please help
