Yes it does, but both the built-in one and the AdBlock Plus addon were disabled.
That's why Ads were visible on the screen.
Then I noticed that the Tracker Blocker was still on.
Turning it off fixed it and allowed Aternos to detect if Ads have access.
It could well be that I'm just the minority with my setup.

I have AdBlock installed in my browser and it's on for any and all ads to be blocked, but since Aternos is so obnoxiously consistent with its messages to turn it off, I decided to do so for the website, however, I still have to wait seconds with every time I switch a tab and still get messages under the ads themselves about me having it still on.
The dev team should really look into fixing their Adblock detection code, as, clearly, it's falsely detecting or not detecting if it's even operating.
If this is normal behaviour, I might as well leave it on if having it off makes it worse.
