  • How to recognize player name from stats/playerdata files on server.

    I recently joined a survival server with me and my friends with a strict no-creative mode policy. However recently I discovered that someone decided to use creative mode to grant himself items. So to put a shut down to this I tried to find out the person responsible by checking out the same items in the stats folder. I have located the file of the person responsible but I only have the name of that .json file and not the username of the player. So is there anyway I can know which player has which file/ID so that I can found out who's responsible.
    P.S. I tried using UUID's, but even mine is not matching to any file name. So I guess that is not how they are named (pls correct me if am wrong)
