Did they try to connect using the DynIP?

What message did it show when they got disconnected?
Also, PaperMC has much better performance than Spigot.
"you are disconnected from the server". Something like that

I don't know why this keeps happening, but everytime two or more bedrock players joins, they will disconnect after joining for 10 seconds or more. This happens very often.
This doesn't happen at all before we switched to Spigot, we were using PaperMC and then decided to go with Spigot since it's fairly better for performance. I don't really know if this is because we used Spigot or it's something else. I hope you guys can help me with this.

Hello, I would like to address a problem where the Wildstacker plugin (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/87404) jar file is not appearing. After installing the latest version (3.6.0), the plugin should appear in the plugins folder with along the lines of 'Wildstacker-3.6.0.jar', but this doesn't happen. The previous versions (3.5.2, 3.5.1, etc.) works perfectly fine, please respond, thanks.
