Hi, if anyone can help me I will be grateful, but does anyone know the reason why this is happening to my server? I have a server on Aternos for Minecraft Bedrock, sometimes we go to the server, but when entering it it says: "Connecting external server" and it keeps loading, loading and then it says: "Failed to connect to server", this always appears , even if the website indicates that the.server is open. The only way I found it was to create another account and import the server to a new account.
