Everything was fine yesterday but today it started lagging and i couldnt play. My internet connection's fine aswell Please help

How many worlds can you have?
well 4 at max for less lag cs i tried 10 but it kept crashin so i would reccomed 4

I got it working again. I deleted all the worlds and re-imported them, and it looks like it works as it should. I don't think I have many worlds, only 8 at the moment.

Have the sam problem i cant add mods due to forge versoions and they dont show what forge version is needed
