    Hello, I was banned for pinging a staff on the discord for a month I think. It has been over a month and I still cannot join and I'm starting to think that it was a perm ban. If so it is unfair. A perm ban shouldn't be issued for pinging a staff member. A kick or a mute would've done the job.
