I started the server around 10pm (GMT+2) and after midnight I wanted to save logs, knowing they'd get deleted after the server is started again, although, the only logs I got were ones after midnight (note the fact that the server wasn't restarted meanwhile). I was essentially wondering if it always happens or not as it seemed kind of strange to me, and also if there's a way of getting them back or seeing them without starting the server again, of course.
