that's because of A mod first create A backup And delete all mods and try agian I have grammer mistake sorry

i accidently changed version to newer and i had to delete the current world and from there my server is crashing i don't know how and also some time it works but very laggy so can you tell how to reduce the lagg and how to stop server from crashing
